Gamification is a new wave of learning trends that comes from the idea of incorporating gamified elements into learning. Game-based learning can range anywhere from interactive character journey games, scenarios, or just include game concepts such as leaderboards, badges, or fun games that integrate learning into the activity. With the increase popularity of video-based content on social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Snap-Chat, and Facebook Stories, it only seems fitting to structure learning in similar manners that we view other information. This approach allows learners to focus on the key concepts and take-aways, while improving recall of important information and reducing "training fatigue". We use tools such as 7Taps to create quick, convenient and impactful learning opportunities.

We have embraced allowing learners to access trainings and resources through mobile friendly designs using authoring tools such as Rise 360 to create mobile learning that adapts to any device or screen size. This allows for on the go learning and easy access to resources to help your learners be successful.
